This game has been lovingly nicknamed the "Unknown Parrot". There are guesses as to which company manufactured this game but no one quite knows for sure !

I rather like these tiles, they are a deep butterscotch, they handle nicely, and the one bamboo parrot always looks so regal on the table. There are 152 tiles in this game so it is ready for NMJL (National Mah Jong League) play or Chinese Rule play. There are 8 flowers and 8 additional tiles that have been added from another partial game which have been stickered to use as jokers.

Included are some lovely burgundy Bakelite racks and plenty of tokens. The case has some scuff marks (which is not unusual for these vintage cases) but the Bakelite handle is very strong and secure and the case is protecting the tiles well.

This game is looking for a new home and I think whoever adopts will really enjoy it !

REMEMBER: Despite my age I have many more years of life left in me ... I may be a little more worn than some games on this website but I know someone will still find me lovable :)
